Lead Technical Team

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our technical team in delivering exceptional results.

  • Develop and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, ensuring timely outcomes and effective communication.
  • Utilize expertise in aviation technology and project management to drive strategic planning and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

As Lead Technical Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading a small team to deliver required on-time outcomes.
  2. Developing and maintaining required customer and stakeholder relationships and networks.
  3. Grow capability through personal and team development, diversity of thought, and positive workplace behaviours.
  4. Utilize strong written and oral communication skills and computer literacy (MS Products and corporate IT systems).
  5. Apply aviation, preferably rotary wing, technical experience and expertise.
  6. Work under Defence Aviation Safety Regulations or similar civilian and/or military aviation technical regulations.
