Implementation and Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing group, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation processes for our clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits.
- Analyze client needs and design solutions to improve their experience with our software.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and timelines to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align objectives and drive business outcomes.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in agile project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts concisely.
- Strong analytical focus and problem-solving skills.
- Bonus: Experience in basic JavaScript or relevant industry experience (Construction, Hire & Rental, Energy/Utilities, Heavy Plant Equipment Maintenance).
