About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing group, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation processes for our clients.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits.
  • Analyze client needs and design solutions to improve their experience with our software.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align objectives and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in agile project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts concisely.
  • Strong analytical focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in basic JavaScript or relevant industry experience (Construction, Hire & Rental, Energy/Utilities, Heavy Plant Equipment Maintenance).
