Job Title: Luxury Fashion Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to lead our team in the prestigious luxury fashion boutique. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-end designer brands, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive business growth.

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, providing personalised styling advice and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of products.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create captivating displays and maintain an aesthetically pleasing store environment.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and policies while maintaining the luxury brand image.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging designers, and luxury fashion developments to provide expert knowledge and recommendations to customers.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Fashion Manager or similar role in the luxury retail industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury fashion brands, designers, and trends.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with discerning customers.
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering a personalised luxury experience.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
