Assistant Store Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate professional to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager in our luxury fashion boutique at Westfield Doncaster in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in leading, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team while delivering an elevated client experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and teamwork skills, a commitment to accuracy, client experience, and brand presentation, and a genuine love for fashion, unique style, and creativity.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Store Manager in driving sales performance and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service
  • Building lasting client relationships and growing the client database
  • Upholding luxury brand standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Assisting with training, recruitment, and performance development of team members
  • Maintaining operational excellence across stock, loss prevention, and administration
Key Requirements
  • Fashion degree or similar education highly valued for in-depth styling and design conversations
  • Strong retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients across all demographics
  • Ambition to build a long-term career with a desire for growth and development opportunities
