Transportation Operations Manager

Qube Bulk division is a leading provider of mine to market and mine resupply solutions. As a key member of our team, the Regional Maintenance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation fleet.
The purpose of this position is to lead the activities of the workshop in servicing and repairing the company's transport fleet. This includes developing a service maintenance and preventative maintenance plan, as well as ensuring its execution to minimize disruptions to the fleet and customers.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Regional Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing the compliance of health, safety, and environmental obligations, as well as customer, quality assurance, and documentation requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need a broad knowledge of the trucking and bulk haulage sector, including an in-depth understanding of mobile fleet and associated equipment. A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing and developing employees is also required, ideally gained in a ports, logistics, or heavy industry environment.
A Diploma in Business, Logistics, or a related area is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint are also essential.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a safe and inclusive work environment.
