Customer Experience Manager

Frontline Recruitment is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our client, a global luxury retailer known for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a beautifully designed boutique setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer-Centric: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through key decisions, often for major events, by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Global Collaboration: Engage with an international management team and receive hands-on training overseas in a flagship showroom to truly immerse yourself in the brand.
