Role & Impact

As a strategic Growth Marketing expert, you will drive and scale customer acquisition motions. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute data-driven acquisition growth strategies that align with overarching marketing goals.

You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution from ideation and targeting to creative optimization and performance analysis. You will partner with teams across Brand, Product, and Data Engineering to ensure your channels are delivering against targets.

  • Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to continuously refine ad creative, audience targeting, and bid strategies
What We're Looking For

We need someone with 7+ years of experience in Growth or Digital Marketing. You should have experience in high-growth companies preferably in SaaS with understanding of self-service flywheels.

Curiosity to adopt new marketing strategies, tools, and AI-powered solutions is essential. Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis are also required.
