Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a customer insights strategy that aligns with the bank's business objectives.
- Lead a team of analysts to collect, analyze, and interpret customer feedback and data.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the bank to integrate customer insights into key decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain a customer insights portal to provide actionable insights to business teams.
- Collaborate with customer analytics teams to enhance insight generation from internal data sources.
- Manage and develop a program of customer insights content delivered through the customer insights portal.
- 4+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or large corporate experience.
- Proven ability to develop and manage a customer insights, analytics, or feedback capability within a large corporate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with business analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or others.
- Proven experience in creating and facilitating workshops with customers and internal teams.
