Restaurant Manager & Assistant Restaurant Manager Jobs

We are seeking experienced Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers to lead our teams and drive success in our Drive Thru Restaurants.

About the Role

The successful candidates will be responsible for leading a team of 20-50 staff members, managing restaurant operations, and driving sales growth. They will also be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff members to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
