About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Asset Management Specialist to join our team at CROSS SAFETY MANAGEMENT LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting multiple applications related to Energy Generation and Energy Trading.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in an agile environment and support design, development, and testing activities for custom implementations of applications such as Energy One Trading, Energy Offer, Salesforce, AEMO validation, SCADA display, and SSRS.
  • Ability to handle critical incident situations, effectively triage issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Well-versed in incident management, problem management, change management, and service request using Service Now.
  • Raise application changes, take them through CAB approvals, and ensure changes are well-tested and documented as per project standards.
  • Implement changes without impacting strict availability SLAs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze Java logs to find errors.
  • Experience working in Production Support, with a readiness to work in a 24/7 production support model with rotational shifts.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with AEMO validation tools and SCADA displays.
  • Hands-on experience with Energy One Trading, Energy Flow, and Energy Offer applications.
  • Understanding of Energy market operators and domain knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL and Postgres SQL.
  • Able to analyze Java logs to find errors.
  • Experience in building high-performance applications in Microsoft Technology.
  • Ability to deploy and migrate to different environments.
  • Good knowledge of Maximo 7.5/7.6 and experience with Maximo deployments, BIRT reporting, and Web Sphere.
  • Knowledge or experience of Maximo queries and its backend database (SQL Server preferred).
  • Knowledge or experience of SSRS reporting, Data Splice, and Maximo S4 integration.
  • Knowledge of MIF - Outbound Messages, REST, and SOAP API.
  • Good understanding of Enterprise Asset Management and Energy Generation.
