Senior Education Leader

A renowned childcare organisation is seeking a dedicated Senior Education Leader to spearhead the development of its centres.

Our centres are committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children's growth.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced leader who can drive our educational program forward, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining exceptional standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative educational activities that foster a love for learning and creativity in children.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, promoting open communication and involvement.
  • Represent the organisation in the local community, establishing partnerships and promoting our values.
  • Prioritise the health and safety of all children in service.
  • Assist with daily campus operations and room tasks such as activity preparation and mealtimes.
  • Design and implement the educational program, focusing on a holistic view of each child's development.
  • Provide guidance and support to educators within the centre.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's development, programs, and daily information.
  • Ensure services meet the National Quality Standards and comply with relevant Government Regulations.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum two years experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting.
  • Current paid working with children check, current First aid & CPR.
  • National Police Check (within 6 months).
  • Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and commitment to delivering quality care.
