Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and customer-focused dispatch coordination of all 4 production work centers within the Ballarat Gregory St Plants.

Key duties include participating in processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization, providing education and assistance to individuals and teams, communicating across all levels of the organization, analyzing data and trends, and assisting with Accounts Payable tasks as required.

This role requires a strong understanding of core business, production demands, and dispatch practices, including collaboration with supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an integral member of our supply team and continue to develop their career within an innovative and driven organization.


Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a similar manufacturing function and role, with exposure to dispatch process, inventory management, product costing, and BPCS or equivalent
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • An understanding of core business, production demands, and dispatch practices
  • Outcome-focused, resilient, and adaptable
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
