Job Title: Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Assembled Planning department, you will play a critical role in meeting customer demands while ensuring production efficiencies and maintaining optimum inventory levels.

Your primary responsibilities will include producing an achievable and dynamic Detailed Schedule that takes into account customer requirements, production efficiencies, and availability of raw materials. You will also ensure up-to-date and accurate information is kept on the Supply Issues log, monitor schedule adherence daily, taking corrective action where required with root cause analysis, and report.

You will support the NPD process by attending project meetings, setting up new materials, and scheduling initial production runs. Additionally, you will ensure raw materials are available for production.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of S&OP and/or IBP practices.

  • Understanding of Supply Chain processes.

  • 3-5 years' experience in FMCG environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or related disciplines.

  • Good collaboration skills to work across all layers of country, sales, and supply organizations.
