Residential Surveyor RoleAbout the Job

We are seeking a skilled Residential Surveyor to conduct residential surveys and valuations, supporting Mortgage Valuation work for leading lenders.

This role involves working with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, and estate agents to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough residential surveys and valuations
  • Collaborating with clients to meet their needs and expectations
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on survey findings
Requirements
  • RICS registration as a chartered valuer
  • A minimum of one year post-qualification experience in residential surveying
  • Familiarity with iPad technology and remote working
