Social Media Marketing Expert

This position plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by fostering engagement, sales, customer acquisition, and brand metrics on social media.
Main Responsibilities:- Create and deliver comprehensive creative briefs for social media campaigns, aligning with our brand voice, objectives, and target audience.
- Collaborate closely with external creative agencies to ensure timely and high-quality content production.
- Coordinate internal approval workflows across marketing, legal, and brand teams.
- Evaluate all assets to ensure they meet platform specifications, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements before publishing.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day social media operations across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and maintain a content calendar that balances brand storytelling, promotional campaigns, and community engagement.
- Analyse performance metrics across paid and organic posts, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with paid media specialists to align social activity with performance marketing goals and optimize campaign efficiency.
- Test and iterate on formats, messaging, and targeting based on performance data and consumer insights.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in social-first or performance marketing orientated roles, with knowledge of digital media performance channels and technology.
