Lead Transport Safety Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Lawyer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in legal practice areas including corporate governance, commercial, contracts, liability, regulatory, administrative, privacy, employment and criminal law.

About the RoleThe Senior Lawyer will work closely with the Chief Investigator to provide legal advice and support across a broad range of matters.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting investigations and providing accurate and timely legal advice and counsel.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality legal advice and support to the Chief Investigator and other stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into transport safety incidents.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve transport safety and enhance public confidence in the network.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of legal principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
