About the Role

Korn Ferry is seeking a highly skilled Director of Implementation to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our APAC RPO Leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of RPO solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of RPO solutions for clients in the APAC region
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-impact, quality implementations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute local, regional, and global implementations
  • Maximize resource capacity across the team to deliver high-quality implementations
  • Develop and implement effective communications, change management, risk mitigation, and training program strategies
  • Support and provide input into sales and pre-sales activities as it relates to Implementation
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading complex RPO implementations
  • Strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape in the APAC region
  • Experience managing Talent Acquisition teams or project management in the TA space
  • Knowledge of one or more Talent Acquisition leading technologies
  • Experience leading Change Management workstreams and utilizing Microsoft Office Suite tools
  • Ability to travel up to 50% annually
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years related experience
