About the Role

The Marketplace team at Wavemaker is responsible for delivering exceptional implementation planning and buying services, leveraging data, technology, and automation to execute and amplify client campaigns effectively and efficiently. As a Director within this team, you will lead the direction, workflow, and quality of implementation planning and buying for the client team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced professionals in implementation planning and buying
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal reports
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest media landscape trends and forecast challenges and opportunities for clients
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth
  • Identify and articulate areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the team's performance

What Success Looks Like:

  • In 3 months, establish collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the agency and group proposition, core Marketplace processes, and our way of working
  • In 6 months, deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective, and proactive way, and strengthen key stakeholder relationships to drive great team work consistently
  • In 12 months, take on greater ownership for campaigns and clients, build strong relationships with publishers, and elevate your impact and influence within the business
