Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative professional to support our award-winning financial advisers in delivering exceptional client service.

The Role:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients, fund managers, and senior financial professionals to ensure effective communication;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, prepare them for appointments, and manage the client database;
  • Attend client meetings when required to provide support.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with top-level clients, building trust and supporting their financial planning needs.

The ideal candidate has:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience supporting a financial adviser;
  • Knowledge of Xplan or associated advice software;
  • A well-presented and friendly demeanor;
  • Strong attention to detail.
