We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will support advisers and manage client queries, liaise with third-party providers and external experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with advisers on client and account management tasks.
  • Participate in client meetings with Financial Advisers.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for efficient client management.
  • Update regulatory documents such as Investor Certificates and Fee Disclosure Statements.
  • Support and learn from Senior Financial Advisers.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning or a relevant field.
  • Experience working as a paraplanner or associate adviser is highly regarded.
  • Strong passion for financial planning and a desire to develop a long-term career.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients.
