Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Building Manager to join our team in Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our RESIpm team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our premium client base across various property sectors.

Your primary focus will be on managing move-ins/outs, loading dock operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will also attend committee meetings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess strong administrative abilities, including proficient Microsoft Office skills and the ability to develop and implement continuous improvements in operational procedures.

Requirements
  • Experience in residential property management, preferably with mixed-use developments
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to develop and implement operational improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
