About the Role:

The Property Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the highest standards of care and service. This includes managing a portfolio of 100-250 residential properties, conducting regular inspections, and preparing detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, conducting regular inspections and preparing detailed reports
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance, working closely with tradespeople and service providers
  • Handle lease renewals, rental arrears, and tenant communication
  • Foster strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing an exceptional level of service
  • Assist with leasing activities as required, including property showings and tenant screenings
  • Maintain compliance with tenancy laws and industry regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous property management experience and a strong understanding of tenancy regulations
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively and work autonomously
  • Familiarity with property management software
  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
