Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our Real Estate division, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive working relationship with landlords and owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 residential properties
  • Liaise with landlords and owners to ensure timely and effective communication
  • Manage repairs and maintenance issues, rental arrears, and rent increases
  • Prepare and complete ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
  • Prepare claims for rental bonds

Requirements:

  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • 1-3 years of experience in property management in Real Estate
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • An excellent working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
  • A positive attitude and professional presentation
