Main Responsibilities- Demonstrate product features to customers and provide technical leadership during sales engagements.
- Develop and deliver product training sessions for customers on software, application, and equipment use.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through ongoing education and training.
- Support trade shows and conferences by performing product demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Contribute market and product knowledge to help sales teams develop effective sales strategies.
- Possess active professional clinical/technical certifications as an accredited sonographer.
- Exhibit basic clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms.
- Maintain a minimum of 3 years of clinical/technical experience with demonstrated skills in specific areas.
- Accumulate at least 2 years of commercial applications/modality experience with high-level customer interactions and sales scenarios.
