Imaging Sonographer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Imaging Sonographer to lead our high-performing team in a modern practice where patient care is highly valued.

In this role, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound scans, mentor and support your fellow sonographers, collaborate with radiologists and clinicians, and drive quality standards across the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasounds across multiple specialties
  • Leading and mentoring a dedicated sonography team
  • Collaborating with radiologists, referrers, and clinical staff
  • Ensuring patient comfort and trust at every stage of the process
  • Driving quality, efficiency, and clinical standards across the department

Requirements
  • ASAR-accredited Sonographer with a postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound
  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience and strong clinical judgement
  • Confident in at least 3 general scan types and excellent communication skills
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred but not essential
