Ultrasound Applications Specialist Role

This role involves providing formal technical and clinical support during sales, primarily in VIC for General Imaging. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, installations, training, and ongoing customer support across the LOGIQ platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and clinical leadership by demonstrating product features, uses, capabilities, and benefits to customers as needed.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver product training to customers on software, application, and equipment use, monitoring customer installations to improve satisfaction and maintain relationships.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through continuing education on equipment optimization and retention.
  • Support trade shows and conferences with product demonstrations and promotions, as well as customer training.
  • Use market and product knowledge to assist sales teams in developing strategies.
  • Produce post-training reports and provide feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
  • Foster team communication and share best practices.
  • Provide clinical, technical, and professional guidance to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Accredited Sonographer with active clinical/technical certifications/registries.
  • Demonstrated basic clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical/technical experience with demonstrated skills in specific areas.
  • At least 2 years of commercial applications/modality experience with successes in high-level customer interactions and sales scenarios.
  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within specified regions and nationwide for meetings and tradeshows.
  • Awareness of and compliance with Quality Management System and applicable laws.
