Vendor Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Compliance Specialist to oversee the administration of our vendor relationships.

This role will be responsible for managing compliance, documentation, and procurement implementation strategy on a day-to-day basis. You will be working closely with key suppliers to ensure all parties comply with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You will also have high attention to detail, commercial acumen, and customer service/administration experience. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are required, as well as the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake pre-qualification of potential suppliers
  • Implement and manage business supply strategy
  • Ensure compliance is always adhered to
  • Ensure procurement processes and systems are followed
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Update and manage key supplier lists
  • General Administration
