Finance Leader OpportunityAbout the Role

The ideal candidate will lead the establishment of a comprehensive finance function for a Fintech scale-up, ensuring robust controls and workflows that enable growth as the business expands. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing the finance department with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to support business strategy and short-term decision-making.
  • Facilitating seamless data sharing between functions through system integrations across the wider business.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact and decision-maker for key stakeholders.
  • Optimizing cash flow and working capital strategies.
  • Partnering on potential M&A, investment, and growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have experience in fintech or a related field, with a keen interest in payments, financial wealth, crypto, and forex. A CA or similar qualification is essential, with multi-asset exposure being advantageous.
