Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Specialist to play a key role in shaping the future of global mobility programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Advisory: Build and nurture client relationships while providing holistic advice on assignment policy principles to enhance global mobility programs and deliver high-quality service.
  • Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead both on-shore and off-shore teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.
  • Risk & Project Management: Oversee mobility advisory projects and proactively identify and manage business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.

  • A strong understanding of global mobility policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
