We are seeking a skilled Mig Welder to join our operations team at Stratco, a leading manufacturer and marketer of quality building and renovation solutions.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working 8-hour Day Shift and Afternoon Shift with overtime optional.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacture goods to customer specifications
- Interpret technical product drawings and specifications
- Operate plant and mobile equipment, including overhead cranes
- Collaborate with team members and other departments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment
- Essential: 2+ years of experience in a production environment
- Essential: AQF Certificate III Engineering (Fabrication)
- Essential: Welding experience of mild steel and galvanized products
- Commitment to producing quality products
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Sound awareness of safety standards
