We are seeking a skilled Mig Welder to join our operations team at Stratco, a leading Australian manufacturer and marketer of quality building and renovation solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacture goods to customer specifications using mild steel and silicone bronze.
- Interpret technical product drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Operate plant and mobile equipment, including overhead cranes, to efficiently manage production.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Essential: At least 2 years of experience in a production environment, with a focus on welding and fabrication.
- Essential: AQF Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) or equivalent.
- Desirable: Strong mechanical aptitude, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
