We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fulfill the role of Administration Officer.
The position is based at our office with a work-from-home option available, working 9am - 5pm, 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service excellence
- Liaise with clients, families, care staff, and external providers
- Perform general administrative duties (e.g., invoicing, mailouts)
- Promote Royal Freemasons as a provider of choice
- Manage rostering to meet consumer needs and preferences
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities with a 'can-do' attitude
Technical Skills
- Highly developed computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Organizational Skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
