About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join a high-performing development team and play a key role in developing multiple masterplanned community projects. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate planning and design documentation, including development applications
  • Aid in the preparation of consultancy briefs and tenders
  • Maintain compliant project record documentation
  • Assist with maintenance and reporting of assets to ensure risk is managed
  • Aid in the management of property and tenancy activities within sites
  • Work on all phases of the development process

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will have current experience in residential development, ideally as an Assistant Development Manager or Assistant Project Manager in residential house and land developments. Other requirements include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in property or equivalent
  • A general understanding of the planning process in NSW
  • Experience in working in project teams to meet agreed outcomes
  • Understanding and experience in support of project delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
