About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Business and Tax Advisory team at KPMG Australia. As a key member of our team, you will provide tax and accounting advice and solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients, including small to medium-sized entities, family and privately owned businesses, trusts, and partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tax and accounting advice and solutions to clients, including tax and accounting compliance and business/tax advisory work.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise across services, including tax and accounting compliance and business/tax advisory work.
  • Play a key role in client engagements, including regular client contact and attending client presentations and meetings with senior leaders.
  • Develop into a mentor to assist other team members and encourage their continued professional development.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who is able to digest, distil, and communicate complex concepts in both written and verbal forms. You will be organized, efficient, and have a high attention to detail to deliver impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

CA or CPA qualified. We will consider also those who are either mid-way through or are completing their CA/CPA program.
