Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate planning and design documentation, including DA's
  • Aid in preparation of consultancy briefs and tenders
  • Maintain compliant project record documentation
  • Assist with maintenance and reporting of assets to ensure risk is managed
  • Aid in management of property and tenancy activities within sites
  • Work on all phases of the development process
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in property or equivalent
  • General understanding of the planning process in NSW
  • Experience in working in project teams to meet agreed outcomes
  • Understanding and experience in support of project delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
