We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care services to our residents.

">As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our residents, including personal care, medication administration, and support with daily living activities.
">You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our residents receive personalized care that meets their unique needs and preferences.
">The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to person-centered care, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a dynamic team.
">About You
">To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Cert IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) with medication competency, sound knowledge of contemporary aged care services, and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality improvement principles.
">You will also be an excellent communicator with highly effective verbal and written skills, able to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
