Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care, companionship, and emotional support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as showering, personal hygiene, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility.
  • Support residents in recreational and social activities, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care.
