About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Test Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and verifying complex electronic systems.

You will work on firmware-based systems, including implant, electrode, and external projects. Your focus will be on electrical software and hardware development, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with our quality management system.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
  • A track record of successful delivery of test systems, including test software, firmware, PCB layout, and electromechanical design
  • Strong analog and digital electronic skills
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to solve problems and collaborate effectively
  • Experience with LabVIEW development and Altium tools (desired)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of systems engineering principles and methods
  • A responsible attitude to working safely and contributing to a safety culture
