Job Overview

As an HR Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your professional network and business acumen. We are seeking a driven individual with a customer service-oriented mindset and a passion for building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional human resources services in a consultative role to clients via phone, email, and on-site.
  • Develop comprehensive HR deliverables for clients, including handbooks, job descriptions, surveys, etc.
  • Design and conduct HR training programs for managers and/or their employees.
  • Research and provide updates on Federal, State, and Local laws.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll, benefits, and risk management inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred; PHR or SHRM certification is advantageous.
  • 2-4 years experience in customer service required; 2-3 years HR experience in similar field required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present confidently in front of large groups.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
  • Valid driver's license required; regular daily travel throughout Charlotte.
