We are seeking a Key Cancer Care Manager to oversee key clinical operations across ambulatory care settings. This role involves driving service innovation, quality improvement, interdisciplinary care, and nurse-led research.

About the Role

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA.
  • Master qualification in cancer/management or working towards.
  • Minimum five years' experience in a senior nursing management or relevant health role.
  • Proven leadership in clinical settings with experience in governance frameworks, change management, emergency preparedness, and driving continuous quality improvement.
  • Skilled in managing healthcare services efficiently, with expertise in budgeting, revenue management, patient access and flow, and project execution in large, complex organisations.
