About the Role

Pinnacle Rehab is seeking a highly skilled Employment Consultant Broker to join our team. As a key member of our workforce development team, you will be responsible for building relationships with employers to facilitate job placements and work trial opportunities for workers and individuals with injuries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reverse market to create ongoing employer relationships to facilitate employment placement and work trial opportunities for workers and injured persons across all divisions within the company
  • Ongoing relationship management with employers to create repeat opportunities for employment placements and work trials
  • Promotion of services and SIRA Vocational options to potential employers
  • Management of internal employer vacancy database
  • Liaising with internal teams, providing insight into Labour Market and employment trends
  • Analysis of Vocational assessments and Labour market analysis to identify future Vocational option trends
  • Assist departments on file strategy to increase speed of return to work outcomes

Requirements

  • Business to business sales/business relationship management experience ideal
  • Car and valid Driver's license
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail
  • Strong cold calling and reverse marketing experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Self motivated and performance driven
  • Sound knowledge of Sira Vocational programs
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement
