Event Sales Coordinator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of our expanding team as an Events Sales Coordinator. We are seeking a highly organised and driven individual who can provide administrative support to the events and sales teams, offer excellent customer service to clients and guests, combine receptionist duties with event sales tasks, and assist in revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to the events and sales teams by managing competing priorities and working autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Offer top-notch customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Combine receptionist duties with event sales tasks, including assisting in the coordination of events, managing client inquiries, and supporting the team in executing smooth and successful events.
  • Assist in revenue growth by providing strategic support and contributing to the seamless delivery of event experiences.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in event sales, hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a customer-focused approach is vital.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software, such as CRM systems, is beneficial.
  • RSA and RCG Competency Card or willingness to obtain is also desirable.
