Service Delivery Specialist

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to ensure enhanced machine performance and an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure machines meet customer expectations by providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Proactively address machine issues in the field within a reasonable timeframe to guarantee prompt resolution.
- Apply problem-solving skills to optimize operational or mechanical efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machine problems and/or performance issues through to successful resolution.
- Conduct routine maintenance to include undertaking pre-season and post-season servicing of machines.
- Remove and install mechanical components such as shafts, bearings, belts, motors.
- A relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent education and experience is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role or equivalent education.
- Relevant knowledge of electronics/electrical assembly and wiring.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude with excellent communication skills, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, presentable, and eager to work in a customer-facing environment. Our team members are critical thinkers who take initiative and demonstrate resilience in achieving results.
