Country Road Retail Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Leader to join our Country Road Group team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving store operations excellence, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations Management: Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team productivity.
- Customer Experience Leadership: Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Team Performance Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team, focusing on talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, improve profitability, and increase market share.
- Loss Prevention and Safety: Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies, ensuring a safe working environment for team members and customers.
- Roster Management: Build and maintain an effective store roster, balancing customer needs with team requirements.
- Brand and Business Strategy: Understand and communicate the Country Road Group brand and business strategy to the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- CRG Values: Role model and promote the Country Road Group values, creating a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, with a track record of delivering results and developing high-performing teams.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
- Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, with the ability to develop and implement customer-centric strategies.
