The University of Melbourne is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Manager to lead its Research Integrity Investigations team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the highest standards of research integrity across the University.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Develop the Investigations Team: Manage, coach, and mentor staff to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement in handling research integrity matters.
- Oversee Complex Investigations: Manage potential breaches of the Australian Code for Responsible Conduct of Research, ensuring compliance with policies and providing expert advice to stakeholders.
- Provide Strategic Guidance: Offer high-level advice to senior management on research integrity issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships across the University and externally to promote research integrity.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
