Lead Complex Research Integrity Investigations

You will lead a team managing potential breaches of the Australian Code for Responsible Conduct of Research. You will provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders, oversee complex investigations, and collaborate with leaders across the University to strengthen the culture of responsible research.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Develop the Investigations Team: Manage, coach, and mentor staff to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement in handling research integrity matters.
  • Oversee Complex Investigations: Ensure compliance with policies and provide expert advice to stakeholders.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance: Offer high-level advice to senior management on research integrity issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships across the University and externally to promote research integrity.
