Early Childhood Educator

We're seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an educator at Eden Academy, you'll play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and setting them up for lifelong success.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement high-quality early childhood education programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students. You'll work closely with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in children.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with families and the local community.

About the Role
  • Design and implement engaging early childhood education programs
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve educational goals
  • Communicate effectively with families and the local community
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA-approved equivalent
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Full Australian working rights
