Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a qualified and passionate educator to join our team in Townsville. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the needs of children
  • Maintain a clean and organized learning environment that promotes health and safety
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote quality care and education
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care or willingness to obtain it
  • A permanent right to work in Australia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
