We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team as a Childcare Program Supervisor. The successful applicant will have a passion for creating a positive and supportive environment for children, helping shape a safe, engaging, and fun space where they can thrive.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in program planning, delivery, and documentation.
  • Supervise staff and ensure effective administration and financial management tasks.
  • Deliver a high-quality, inclusive, educational program.
  • Provide a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve best outcomes for children and families.
  • Promote the service within the local community.
Requirements
  • A relevant Diploma qualification or willingness to work towards it.
  • Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place framework.
  • Experience in education and childcare.
  • Effective computer skills, including experience with childcare management software.
  • Excellent workplace communication and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and time management skills, be highly proactive and demonstrate a commitment to providing quality care and education to young children.
