Comprehensive HR Support Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and inclusive team as a HR Generalist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across various businesses, including local implementation of our people strategy and coordination of administrative needs.

You will have exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including relations, systems (including payroll), reward, training and development, change management, and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and systems, with a passion for building on their existing knowledge. If you are looking for a role that provides challenge with a mix of business support and project ownership, then this is the role for you.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support for the full scope of HR functions, including relations/legislation, talent acquisition/talent branding, compensation/reward philosophy, and engagement.
  • Keep policies and programs updated against changing employment landscape in consultation with law experts.
  • Train and coach managers and employees on best practice in line with company values.
  • Be an effective advisor using sound judgment while considering impact of advice, including consistency and precedent setting, law considerations, or global impact.
  • Advise managers on performance management and grievance processes, including informal meetings, Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), and providing guidance on conducting sensitive and accurate records.
  • Implement office/workplace needs in line with global standards, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for employees, adhering to legislation, and remaining compliant.
Transactional Activities
  • Execute payroll instructions flawlessly in conjunction with the APAC Payroll team and the company's HRIS (SAP).
  • Produce accurate paperwork as required and maintain employee files and systems.
  • Respond to requests promptly, including leave, payroll, reference queries, visa inquiries, in accordance with legislation and policies.
  • Maintain the company org structure, updating job changes and job descriptions.
Programs and Initiatives
  • Deliver HR projects, programs, and initiatives across all businesses and coordinate Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Take an active role in survey processes and outcomes, whether internal or external surveys.
Talent Management and Onboarding
  • Ambassador to the brand, proactively creating awareness and attending networking events.
  • Support the delivery of the localized Internship program in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Lead and aligned to international guidelines.
  • Deliver onboarding to new hires aligned to our employee value proposition.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Inform and maintain employee benefits programs, working with the Director to assess benefit needs and trends, recommending new programs.
  • Implement new Compensation and Benefits initiatives.
  • Support the annual review processes.
Learning and Development
  • Analyze training needs and take a proactive role in defining and ensuring the delivery of training initiatives.
  • Active support of talent development and employee engagement projects and the implementation of the Annual Performance review and Talent review processes.
  • Proactively support compliance training requirements, whether through organizing training or meeting deadlines.
